摘要
医学影像存档与通讯系统PACS是医院信息系统中的一个重要组成部分,一个完整的PACS系统由医疗影像的产生、获取、归档、处理和传输等几部分组成。DICOM是医学影像存档与通讯系统PACS的国际性标准,DICOM标准作为被绝大多数医学影像设备和信息系统提供商遵从的国际标准规范,是医学影像设备系统间开放性互连及影像互操作性的根本保证,在PACS的建设中处于核心地位。
本文首先介绍了DICOM标准及基于DICOM标准的PACS的发展背景、形成历史和体系结构,分析了DICOM的实体--关系信息模型。
对DICOM医学影像文件进行处理的首要问题就是DICOM文件进行解析,本文对DICOM文件格式与数据编码方法进行了较为详细的研究,在此基础上,探讨了DICOM医学图像的空间变换、窗宽和窗位调节、伪彩色变换、灰度变换等处理。借助于DICOM3MAX控件实现部分DICOM应用。
最后谈论了一点自己的想法和建议。

Abstract
With the fast development of information technology and medical imaging technology, PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems) based on DICOM standard is the important part of realizing medical image information management, it can digitize the data from the collection, display, storage,exchange and output of medical images. Digital Imaging and Communication in Medicine (DICOM) standard, which has been developed by ACR and NEMA,has been the international standard in medical image field, it provides an open data-exchange standard and makes it possible to unify the storage and communication of images produced by different equipments.
Firstly, the thesis resumptively introduces the DICOM standard and information model, presents the common operations of medical images, like zoom, contrast, flip, pseudo color transformation. Secondly, Use the DICOM3MAX to show how to make the standard true.
At the end,I note some thought about DICOM.
