放射科DICOM 标准PACS 的设计与实现

【摘要】 目的 以我院影像存档及传输系统(picture archiving and communication system ,PACS)
的设计、构建为例,探讨适合中国国情的医学数字影像传输( digital imaging and communications in
medicine ,DICOM) 标准的PACS 发展模式。方法 按阶段性发展、模块化结构和DICOM 标准3 个原
则设计,并制订出3 期发展细节。结果 按PACS I 期设计、构建PACS 模块间的网络连接,实现数字
影像的网络传输、及时浏览显示及胶片打印等几个主要功能,并成功地完成了系统在DICOM 层次的
设置、调试和影像交流。结论 根据我院DICOM 标准PACS 的设计,成功地完成I 期系统的构建及
运行,初步表明,我院PACS 设计是符合中国国情的PACS 发展的一个可行方案。

【Abstract】 Purpose To explore the developing model of picture archiving and communication sys2
tem (PACS) with digital imaging and communications in medicine (DICOM) supported and in accordance
with Chinese specific current status , using the instance of PACS designed and constructed of our hospital.
Methods PACS and all details of three developmental phases were designed based on the three concepts
